Unified Curriculum
For the 2024-2025 school year we intend to begin using a unified curriculum with slight variations to suit the specific needs of each program.
- Grades 1, 3-5: "Discover" (St. Mary's Press)
- Grade 2: "Go, Seek, Find" (St. Mary's Press)
- Grade 6: A combination of "Discover" and "Rooted"
- Grades 7-8: "Rooted" (Ruah Woods)
- Grades 9-12: Curriculum changes from year to year
Contact your DRE to learn more about the curriculum your child will be learning.
We also have a unified Handbook for our Religious Ed programs.
God Nights
To facilitate the unity and sharing of graces among our six religious education programs, we have two "God Nights" per semester where families in our different programs get together for Mass, a meal, and a family activity. Families from St. Joseph and St. Peter join together at one of their two locations. Families from St. Jane Frances, St. Mary, and St. Paul join together at one of their three locations. God nights are from 6:30 pm - 8 pm. Parishioners are also invited to participate, not only in the Mass, but also in the meal and activity.
Mass and Confessions
Our religious education students will participate in Mass 4 times a year as part of the God Nights. Reconciliation services are held twice a year, leading up to Christmas and Easter.
